"I wanted to let you know how very impressed I have been by your Backorder Department Team. In a day and age where it is difficult to get any help by phone or e-mail, your team provides both, and well. While Joanna Infante has been my primary contact and kept me posted by e-mail, phone and detailed voicemail, Frances Irvin was also kind enough to send me a photo of the item that I had on backorder when Joanna was tied up with another client. In addition, I spoke with Sherry at one point because I was confused about a coupon, and Sherry obviously relayed the details of my question to Joanna who left me a detailed voicemail in response that cleared everything up for me. Not only are each of these ladies courteous, professional and efficient, but they are also evidently working together as quite the team!
