I like the Safilo Elasta 3060 frame. The frame is well made and offers a good field of vision. If the frame happens to get bumped the spring loaded ear pieces provide flexibility which most times prevents damage to the frame itself. Besides the spring loaded ear pieces and wide field of view I like these glasses because of the SOFT clear nose piece. I need quite a bit of correction for my eyes and have no line bifocals in polycarbonate lens to keep the weight down. That soft nose piece is essential to comfortably holding the glasses at the right place on the nose. I see some attempt has been made to make the nose piece more durable by adding clear plastic strips inside. The plastic strips have poked through the soft outer covering are poking my nose. Please keep working on improving the nose pieces. I have ordered three new nose pieces through my eye clinic. Don't give up on as good of an idea as these glasses have been for me.
