Burberry Eyewear
The ultra-mod Burberry eyeglasses eyewear collection features the latest styles in modern designer fashion, all crafted to the highest levels of quality. Burberry eyeglasses eyewear materials include Acetate or Metal frames with rectangular and butterfly shapes for unisex appeal.
"The Burberry brand is on fire right now so the timing of the eyewear line couldn?t be better. The styling of both the ophthalmic and sunwear collections is so unbelievably strong that the selling potential is endless," says Dick Russo, Sāfilo senior vice president sales.
Sāfilo Group introduces its Burberry ophthalmic collection and relaunches the sun collection in the United States. The British luxury brand was founded in 1856 by Thomas Burberry and is known for its check (plaid) pattern. The eyewear line is targeted to metropolitan consumers aged 25 and older.
The ophthalmic collection consists of one rimless design and three fully rimmed metals in sleek, modern variations on ovals and rectangles. Colors range from black and silver to cherry red and burgundy. The sunglass collection contains six plastics and eight metals in modern shield, classic aviator and updated wrap designs. Some styles are rimless. Lens treatments include tints, gradient colorations and flash mirror coatings.
