"I ordered a VERY hard to find pair of eye glasses last week and they were originally supposed to be on back order, then they were supposed to get here in the middle of this week, and to my surprise they were already at my house when I arrived home from work today, Monday. I just wanted to say thank you to FramesDirect for working so hard to, first of all, to find these rare frames, then ship them out to such an anxious client ahead of schedule. You were superb at searching for these frames, sending me a picture of them, keeping in constant contact with me, and letting me know of any changes occurred to my order.
