4+++ is the rating for my experience. I spoke with two different representatives, Alan E. and Mattie. As a "newbie" to ordering prescription glasses online, I needed help. They were both very helpful and patient. The schematic of my frame choice was as I ordered; but, the lens shape wasn't. As a beginner, I didn't understand that the illustration wouldn't reflect my choice. I was reluctant to check out without verbal confirmation.
