I took a chance and ordered my glasses online with Frames Direct. I received my glasses today and absolutely love them! They fit great, look great, and are exactly what I wanted. My Customer Service Online Optician, helped me along the way to make sure my prescription was correct and she was very thorough and quick to respond to any questions I had. Not only did she email, but she offered me her direct line. That's customer service. So I agree with her title. She's pretty awesome!

At first I was leery about ordering glasses online, but all I can say is that the experience was great. I received an email shortly after my purchase letting me know my order had been processed and that I should expect my glasses in a few weeks. Within three weeks I received my glasses as ordered. I am very happy with the decision I made to go with Frames Direct, not to mention the money I saved in doing.

I want to thank you for your incredible service (which is rare these days!) I ordered my frames with Rx lenses 8 days ago, and just received them in the mail. They were wrapped safely, and you even included the D&G glasses case and cleaning wipe... I feel so posh with my designer glasses (that cost me half of what they would in a store).
