I wanted to take a moment to thank you for my new glasses. I love them and the Rx is perfect. I had checked with Frames Direct and spoke to several team members over the last couple of years looking for replacement ‘readers’. On each occasion phoning each team member was highly professional – directing me to the manufactures with spring hinges and answering questions relating the various measurements. Vicki was understanding of what I was looking for, highly professional, congenial to speak with and with good humor.
