Too often people make the time to complain but not compliment. I had a great experience purchasing my prescription sunglasses (RALPH 4059). I received a call within 20 minutes of placing my order to let me know that the frames I chose were on back order until 7/6/13. This was fine with me and to my surprise I received an email on 6/28/13 letting me know my order was shipped! They arrived today and I could not be more pleased. I admit I was a little apprehensive purchasing prescription sunglasses online but will definitely do it again. I was especially pleased with your selection as I have a small face and have had problems finding sunglasses that actually fit properly. THANK YOU!!!

My most important feedback however relates to the personal service that I received on placing the order. Buying products over the internet can be somewhat daunting at times, especially when buying from an overseas supplier, however on the day I placed my order I received an international phone call confirming my order.
