"I placed an order for a pair of glasses on November 13th 2008, and shortly thereafter I received a phone call letting me know that that frames I had ordered were on back order. The frames are for my mother, and she received the call and let the customer service rep know that we would like to keep the order and wait for the frames. We were told that the frames should be available by January 2009.
On November 18th I received a call from Francis (my apologies if your name is spelled incorrectly!), again asking if I wished to keep the order active and wait for the glasses; I told her I would again check with my mother and get back to her. Before I was even able to ask if my mother would like to keep the order active, Francis called again to let me know that the frames might currently be available, and she would get back to me shortly after some more research.
November 19th came, and around dinner time I received another call from Francis letting me know that they had the frames and they were being shipped out that day! I just wanted to write and commend Francis and staff on the outstanding customer service my mother and I received. We were always kept up to date with the status of the order, and Francis went above and beyond to hunt down that particular item and get the order processed and shipped. Again, thank you very much for the superb customer service! It was a very refreshing change from the careless customer service provided by so many other companies.
