Too often people make the time to complain but not compliment. I had a great experience purchasing my prescription sunglasses (RALPH 4059). I received a call within 20 minutes of placing my order to let me know that the frames I chose were on back order until 7/6/13. This was fine with me and to my surprise I received an email on 6/28/13 letting me know my order was shipped! They arrived today and I could not be more pleased. I admit I was a little apprehensive purchasing prescription sunglasses online but will definitely do it again. I was especially pleased with your selection as I have a small face and have had problems finding sunglasses that actually fit properly. THANK YOU!!!
I was looking to replace a 14 year old pair of Ray Bans, but I did not want to spend New York area prices. I found your site along with many others, but after calling a few companies I decided to give you a try and I could not be happier. The person I talked with (Mikki) was very knowledgeable on the products and she got me just what I wanted (and fast) at an "outstanding" price. I saved about $50 on my sunglasses and I would not hesitate to order from you again.

My daughter had seen a gorgeous pair of Guess sunglasses in Auckland, NZ that she really wanted me to buy her and put away for Christmas (it's only May!), however they were very expensive, so I happened, very fortunately, upon your website and ordered the same sunglasses for $120 cheaper! They arrived in perfect condition one week later. Amazing service, thank you.
Now I have to figure out how to keep them hidden for another 7 months and hope to goodness that she doesn't change her mind in the meantime!!
