While Joanna Infante has been my primary contact and kept me posted by e-mail, phone and detailed voicemail, Frances Irvin was also kind enough to send me a photo of the item that I had on backorder when Joanna was tied up with another client. I would just like to thank those at frames direct that were invovled with ordering, preparing, and shipping my glasses. My experience with frames direct has been awesome (to say the least).
