The cost of the Brooks Brothers BB 222 frames was half of what I would have had to pay and the experience was made even better by one of your agents, Frances I. She called me to let me know that the frames I ordered were going to ship from overseas. She offered me some alternatives and they were really close, but I had the time to wait so I just stayed with my first choice. I actually received my order a week sooner than expected which put the cherry on top. The whole order experience was a-one from your website and the ease of ordering to your customer service.
