"I would just like to thank those at frames direct that were invovled with ordering, preparing, and shipping my glasses. My experience with frames direct has been awesome (to say the least). As a person having to wear glasses most of their lives, I was a little unsure about purchasing frames and lenses from an online source that I had never heard of. I recieved my first pair and I was amazed at the quality of eyewear and most of all the quality of customer service that I had recieved, so I ordered a second pair, and I am just as happy with the second pair. Thank you very much, frames direct will be my eyewear store for several years to come. I already tell everyone I know with glasses to go online and check out frames direct. So long to the chain eyewear stores with poor quality and poor service. Again, thankyou, thankyou, thankyou.
