I would like to bring one of your employees to your attention. I've had plenty of reasons to complain about customer service lately, but it's a rare pleasure to offer a commendation. Frances Irvin is a gem. The original frames I'd ordered were discontinued, and she contacted me both by email and phone. I was very disappointed that the frames that I'd originally found, which had been perfect and affordable, were no longer available and comparable frames were more expensive. She not only helped me find new frames by explaining the bridge size etc., she also kept in constant contact and gave me a discount on the new frames that brought them down to the price of the original ones I'd chosen. Frances also checked in on her day off when I'd been mistakenly sent an invoice for an incorrect amount and she straightened the matter out quickly. I felt like i was talking to a friend rather than just another disinterested voice on the phone. Give her a raise!

As I could not do the order on-line due to prism and odd value requirements, I contacted your firm direct and engaged Elma as the Customer Service Representative. She guided me and my wife through the order process, making it a simple walkthrough instead of a maze of confusion and frustration. Elma should be commended for her positive approach and fine service I have received. This afternoon I received the glasses, I tried on the first pair, then the second 'computer' pair.
