Can I order lenses for my own eyeglasses or sunglasses?
Yes, you can order eyeglass lenses only. Simply mail us your frame, a copy of your valid prescription, PD (Pupil Distance) measurement, frame waiver (download here), and your contact information.
We will call you to place the order for the lenses. When shipping your frame to us, please insure the package and send it using a traceable courier so that you can track it until we receive it.

What about insurance?
Your insurance company might reimburse part of your lens purchase. You can send them your receipt for reimbursement. Please note this is subject to approval by the insuring company. For more information, see our

How long will it take?
- Once we receive your eyeglasses, our opticians will be in contact with you between 1-2 business days.
- Lens and labs processing usually takes 5-7 business days before shipping.
- They will ship as soon as our quality Control Department does a final inspection to insure 100% accuracy to make sure that your prescription is correct.

When is payment required?
Payment will be required at the time the optician calls you to place the order.
