Phil has over 20-years of leadership experience in Ecommerce and Direct to Consumer marketing with some of the premier multi-channel retailers including Lands' End, Harry & David, and Orvis. He moved to Austin in 2014 to lead the Ecommerce team at Frames Direct.
Rinku is responsible for e-commerce technology infrastructure stabilization, production releases, and the planning and staffing of technology projects. Rinku comes with 15+ years of experience in managing software development projects, including managing software development and quality control teams as well as teams of SEOs and business analysts.
Shelley joined FramesDirect.com in 2012 after working for 18 years in entertainment marketing management. She oversees the company's customer service, returns and logistics teams, as well as vendor relations and product management.

Bill has over 20 years experience energizing brands and improving the ways businesses connect with their customers online. Since 2011, Bill has served as the Senior Front-End Developer for FramesDirect.com and manages user experience, enhancements, testing, analysis and 3rd party integration.
Carisa started her career in the optical industry in high school and knew from the beginning it was the right path for her. Since then, she has managed single optometry offices, as well as managed operations for multi-location practices. To further her education in the field she obtained three certifications throughout her career including the American Board of Opticianry Certification. Carisa joined the FramesDirect.com team in 2017 and manages the Customer Returns department.
Kelly has over 20 years of Operations and Customer Service experience with companies such as Bank of America, JC Penney, and Expedia. She joined FramesDirect.com in December of 2017 and oversees the company's Customer Service team.
After serving 4 years in the U.S. Air Force, Travis embarked on a career in the optical field and has never looked back. Over a decade Travis learned every aspect of the business from lab technician to Retail Manager. Now, as FramesDirect.com's Customer Service Supervisor, Travis oversees all our on-staff opticians.
