Maxx 30 is much larger than Maxx 20. My little guy wore the 20 from 5 years old to 10 years old. (We kept replacing the lenses) He is 11 now and the 30 is loose but comfortable on him. It would fit a normal size adult also. Lens size is similar to 3D movie glasses but with a wrap around style. Rec Specs will last basically forever. They look great with sun glass lenses also. We do transitions so he can use them for all sports indoors and out. ... even swimming, although they do NOT act as goggles by sealing around the eye and keeping water out. He could not play sports safely without these.
